Takta is a service of Relectrik LLC, a California limited liability company ("we").
If you fill out the workflow questionnaire, we collect what you type: your company name and your answers about workflows, hours, and headcount. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, your email address, and the time you pick. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use analytics that identify you. No other party collects information about your activity across other websites through this site.
To prepare for and run your workflow audit, to send you the recap and proposal you asked for, and to operate the site. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Cal.com, Inc. provides scheduling and processes the booking details you enter, including the questionnaire answers attached to your booking. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and processes server logs. We share information with no one else, except if the law requires it.
Questionnaire and booking details: as long as we are talking, and up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Server logs: per our host's standard retention.
Email hello@takta.co to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. For the questionnaire answers and booking details we hold, we will answer or delete within 30 days. (Our host's routine server logs are kept and purged on the host's own schedule; we cannot delete individual entries from them.) We are a small company below the thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act, so this is a promise, not a statutory notice; we honor it regardless.
The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; we also do not track you across other sites.
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
