Until our first client cohort ships, metrics on this site (hours saved, before/after comparisons, the 390-hours-a-year figure) are representative math: worked examples of the kind of result automation targets, clearly labeled where they appear. They are not measurements from client engagements, and your results depend on your workflows. When real, measured client results replace them, this section will say so.
Consulting work is governed by a signed proposal and services agreement, not by this site. Prices shown are starting points ("from" pricing) and provisional; every engagement's actual price and scope is the one in your written proposal. The free workflow audit is free, with no obligation and no purchase condition.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we fix errors when we find them, but we make no warranty about the site's content, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site itself; if a court holds us liable in connection with the site anyway, our total liability is capped at one hundred US dollars. (Client engagements carry the warranties and liability terms in the signed agreement, not this paragraph.)
The site and its content belong to Relectrik LLC, which does business under the Takta name. Don't scrape, republish, or pass any of it off as yours.
